  The team at Story Bridge Adventure Climb were amazing. Charlie was very welcoming and accommodating at the desk. Ali our climb leader took some great photos and provided some great background and history behind the bridge. The night climb provided some stunning views as the sun had just set over the city, providing a stunning backdrop to begin our climb, and finishing it under night lights let you see another side of the city. Thanks for the adventurer absolutely loved it!

  I did the climb with my grandson Ash, what a wonderful experience it was! Charlie and Chloe our instructors were very professional, knowledgeable and made the whole experience very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend doing the climb!

  I’m really looking forward to doing this bridge climb, although I’m less than impressed with the administration of the company so far. After a workplace injury that left one of the participants unable to climb, I contacted the company to reschedule. I got through to an answering message that advised to email for a faster response. So I emailed and requested to reschedule. I was also asked to pay a rescheduling fee, which was paid promptly. I did not receive any further confirmation other than a receipt for the fees paid and no further correspondence or acknowledgment to confirm date changes and times. Until I received an email and a phone call to advise I was about to miss my tour - the original date. I spoke to someone who seemed a bit confused about what was going on, although this person did finalise my rescheduled date and time, although advised the time was not available and then suddenly it was. This was a very odd encounter. I’m hoping it is worth the money because the rescheduling fee is absurd given that no one actually did their job when adequate notice was given to reschedule. I’m disappointed in this company before even doing the tour, so the tour itself had better be worth it.
  EDIT: the tour is excellent, but customer service needs work.

  Awesome experience. We were lucky to get great weather for our twilight climb. We saw a spectacular sunset and then the city at night! Our guide Harrison was very informative and a great tour guide. Everything went smoothly and it was easier to climb then I thought it would be. Highly recommend doing this

  A great way to get a unique view of the city. It's a pretty easy climb, with quite a few opportunities to catch your breath if you find it hard going.
  Guides give you interesting facts & stories about the surrounding area.
  No opportunities to take your own photos, so either buy the photo package or just take photos off the net for your online album.

  Expert guides & a great adrenaline rush adventure. Go early in the morning in the cooler months to beat the heat. No problem if you are anxious about heights. Interesting history of the construction of the bridge.
