  I had creamy white hair that needed a toner. Specifically asked for my hair colour to stay the same.
  So they put brown through my hair.
  I walked out with light brown/dark blonde hair.
  
  It was wet when I left so I couldn't really tell.
  I called up about it and they lightened my hair afterwards as a fix. My hair really didn't need more damage. At all.
  but here's the deal; obviously after dying my hair brown from white, its not white again now.
  My hair is now just orange everywhere instead of just at the roots. I don't understand.
  Its like going into a restaurant, ordering steak and being given broccoli. and being asked are you sure its broccoli?
  
  there wasn't a miscommunication. At no time did I ask for dark blonde. I specifically said I don't want to change the colour, just wanted to remove orange tones.
  So now I have to spend more money and time fixing this for the simple fact that my hairdresser couldn't have cared less what I asked for and dyed it whatever colour she felt like on the day. I'm beyond disappointed. I don't understand how at any stage someone would think that was an ok thing to do. May as well have dyed it pink or green.
